The Standard staff take great care of their residents and go out of their way to show that they appreciate us. Every contact with them, whether it be through email, out on the property or in the office, it always feels personable, not like we're just another tenant in a giant apt complex. Between the care of the staff, and all of the amenities, living at The Standard is worth the money we pay every month.

Staff is great. In-unit maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Seems odd that BBQ replacement was scheduled for the summer leaving access to BBQ at zero during the part of the year many would like to BBQ. Tried the spa once, but it didn't get hot, just warm. A bit disappointed by that. Pet owners are not very mindful of others. They allow pets to urinate right outside doors which causes an awful smell. Thankfully after mentioning this to the office staff, something seems to have been done to... treat the area as yesterday it wasn't really noticeable.

I just moved to the standard and so far have had a smooth experience. Mgmt was easy to work with, respectful, the property is well maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe.

We've lived here at The Standard for 9 months now and we still really enjoy it. The staff is very caring and responsive. The fun social gatherings are are always a plus. We look forward to continuing to live here.
