The standard apartment was very clean and well maintained when I toured, with modern amenities that really stood out. Breeze gave me an amazing tour—she was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the whole process stress-free. She was also very nice, genuine, and lively, which made the experience even better. I appreciated how present she was and how thoroughly she answered my questions. Honestly, Breeze was a big part of why I left with such a positive impression. Olga and Paola were also... very kind and helpful, and overall the leasing office team is incredible.

I’ve enjoyed my time here at The Standard: it’s in a great location for my work as well as downtown San Jose. Very close to the train station which is very convenient. Great place to live/settle down here in the south Bay.

Just moving in and loving the atmosphere already. The amenities are amazing and still can't wait to try out the gym since I work out 3-4 times a week, but maybe even more now. Parking is been good so far and the neighborhood is great.
