There are so many faults at living at Bridgepointe. First, my toilet still gets plugged 8 times a month. The young man at customer service says “that’s it, only 13 times so far” he has a I don’t care look about him. Secondly, no phone service. I cannot receive a phone call nor make one. Third fire alarm has gone off (usually around 3am) a half dozen times and it cannot be turned off. My parking spot has been given away three times. I’ve seen random people arriving on a car and headed to the pool. The far gates in 2201 are not opening, if the other gate is open. It’s been too much crime in the package room / garage lately. A better security system is required.

Bridgepointe used to feel welcoming. Now it’s just how many units we can fill. New manager first time I met her said she is a number cruncher and doesn’t make you feel welcome at all. It’s very sad when a rental property do t care about the tenants. They also use pesticides on the grass which is very toxic to animals.

The location is convenient, but otherwise it’s not worth the money I’m paying. There have been multiple thefts over the past few months, and my package was actually stolen. Yet they imposed an 8.8% rent increase in the renewal offer, which is the maximum increase allowed this year based on inflation.

I'm really enjoying my new neighborhood. It's quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it a peaceful place to come home to every day. The area feels safe, the surroundings are pleasant, and I've had a great experience so far. I'm happy to call this neighborhood home.
