Vanessa has been great help during our move. She had cooperated in every way we had asked for. The community place is great so far. Small issue about the package delivery room since its hard to find out your package out of hundreds since no designated place.

Rude agent

Rude agent.

Your appointment might be canceled a few days later because they simply don’t want to work at the same schedule as they post here. If you value your schedule and mental health don’t consider touring this apartment.

The agent(young, female) is rude. She claims that the appointments made through apartments.com is not valid and is only for advertising. She simply stares at me for longer than entire minute during my visit there.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community overall. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are enjoyable, and the location is very convenient for daily life. It’s generally a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

That said, there is still room for improvement when it comes to the leasing office. While the staff is polite, response times can sometimes be slower than expected, and communication could be more proactive and consistent. Improving efficiency and...
follow-through would make the resident experience even better.

Overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend the community, but with some enhancements to the leasing office service, it could easily be an excellent place to live.

Savoy staff Lack of Accountability and Ineffective Issue Handling

Extremely frustrating experience with the leasing office at Savoy Apartments. The management team has been consistently unresponsive and unaccountable.

We have been reporting an ongoing smoking issue for over a month now, but there has been no real action taken. Every time we try to follow up in person, the leasing staff avoids responsibility instead of addressing the concern.

They repeatedly direct us to contact Orion Security, but when we do, Orion confirms that reports have already been...
submitted to leasing. However, when we follow up with the leasing office, they claim they cannot access these reports unless we formally request them. This process is unclear and apparently depends on a manager who has been unavailable for over a month.

Even more concerning is the lack of attention to detail and follow-through. Despite clearly mentioning the unit number multiple times in emails, responses come days later asking the same basic question: “Which apartment?” This gives the impression that replies are being sent just for the sake of responding, without any real effort to investigate or resolve the issue.

Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, repeated deflection of responsibility, and ineffective handling of resident concerns make this a very disappointing experience.

It is nice living here. It is safe and clean. Parking is a little difficult, the gate didnt work but they have fix it. Nice common áreas. Pool and jacuzzi are amazing.
