frequent odor issues in common areas, along with mosquitoes and flies. ongoing cleanliness concerns, including pet waste not always being addressed. gym is sometimes used by people who don’t appear to be residents. rooftop/pool area often has non-residents & guests partying (drinking, vaping, loud music) which makes it hard to enjoy the space. noise insulation is poor, you can hear a lot from both upstairs and downstairs. guest parking is extremely limited and often unavailable due to residents... taking up the spots.
management has not been very responsive or consistent when it comes to enforcing rules or addressing these issues.overall hasn’t been a great experience.

Great amenities(especially gym has tons of equipment, 2 power racks and dumbbells up to 70lb,and a sauna), great location, cool designed building. Hoping the retail spaces will open soon since it is not a walkable location. My only concern is the soundproofing from upstairs. I do wish carpet had been installed in at least the bedrooms to help reduce noise.

Great property and awesome staff. Clean and mostly quiet for where the location is. The neighbors are great and the upkeep is outstanding.

Horrible experience would not recommend. Staff will have grudge and poke at you till you move out
