My wife and I tried to see as many units as possible during our apartment tour and asked a ton of questions. Unlike other places, Gorman was friendly from start to finish and always took the time to explain everything in detail. Thanks to him, we had an amazing tour experience and he played a big role in helping us decide to move here. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond, which we really appreciate. So far, we’ve been very happy living here!

I've had a great experience staying at Broadstone Arden. The environment has been safe and peaceful, with my neighbors being friendly. The living space is clean with no bug problems. Although I've only been to a few community events, it's also nice to know that there are these events that residents can join, along with the amenities that are provided.
