The San Pedro Lofts are a super unique building with some amazing layouts. The amenities are top-notch, and downtown San Pedro and its surrounding areas have been a great surprise. From amazing hiking trails to small bars for live music, art, culture, breweries, and much more. A hidden gem of LA for sure.

Overall, love management. The apartments are beautiful. Maintenance crew is superb, and most of the neighbors (and their dogs) are respectful, quiet, and friendly. Love the community within the Loft and surrounding few blocks.

The layouts are super unique and really cool, the staff was super friendly, easy going and knowledgeable of the community and neighborhood. And San Pedro I think is one of the most underrated neighborhoods in LA. Full of history, fun facts and really super nice people.
