In my 1.5 years, it has been a good place to live. The amenities are above average and I feel safe here. Per friendly community and I haven’t had issues with neighbors or having trouble tickets responded to. The staff is not overly intrusive. Parking is a bit expensive, and there isn’t 24 hour front desk attendant… but for the most part, it has been an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend. 4/5 stars

Verified Renter - Security Concerns
Surrounding area is still unsafe with homeless and cracked out individuals. The inside - packages are constantly missing from package room and management is unable to find on the security cameras where the packages went! Randoms make it into the lobby and wandering halls.

I love living at 1177 Market. The building is beautiful, with a well-equipped gym, and very well maintained; security is great; leasing staff are responsive; love my neighbors; and there is easy access to BART, Muni, Golden Gate Transit. Geri W
