Good apartments, parking sucks. Rent is high. Maintenance is slow. Location is good. Bus stop on property. Homeless are present sometimes. Property does not have cameras.

I am a long time resident of Annadel apartments and I have really enjoyed my time here. The location is central to town and close to freeway access which i found very helpful. The staff here are friendly and helpful and they take care of the property very well. This is a great place to walk your dog or to have a cat too as the local dog park is a great place to meat your neighbors (3 and 4 legged, lol) and cats enjoy the abundance of fresh light offered through the large windows. The amenities... are also abundant with two pools (one a lap pool) and teo hot tubs with plenty of room to lay out. The clubhouse is always clean and modern with large doors tha open onto the patio/pool grounds. Units are modern and well equipped with higher end appliances a d large stackable washer/dryer units. Bathroo.s are large for those possibly dealing with handicapped needs. And the units are good at keeping most sounds minimal considering it is an apartment complex. There are many reasons for choosing annadel as your home. Oh did I mention that some units come with garages, and their is a gym and garden too!

Nice place to live

I've really enjoyed living here. The property is nice, and we have two pools and hot tubs, and one of the pools is saltwater. There's a nice walking path around the park that is on the property.

The office ladies are all so friendly and smiling every time I go in there. Emi has been super helpful and seems happy to help any time I've had a question or have made a request.

I would recommend this property to friends.

It's Not What It Seems

I moved in middle of May 2024, 2bd, 2 bath with attached garage on the ground floor. I loved the location and amenities it had to offer a single parent of 3 (ages 10, 7, 4). The lease process was mostly electronic - hardly any contact. $200 deposit you can't get back unless you sign the lease. The unit I moved into was not even ready and I couldn't see it for 2 wks. There is hardly any parking, street or visitor. There is a range of people from extreme economic backgrounds. They don't respond... quickly to maintenance requests. The move in offer is for show, they get it back in the utilities - I'm paying more in this 2 bdrm apartment for water and garage than I did in a 3 AND 4 bdrm house. There's a $100/mo valet garbage pickup - there is NO opting out.

At a glance the interior looks nice, but it's so poorly put together. For example, there is a huge gap between the baseboard and floor, also huge gaps in the trim that for the first 4 months I killed at least 5 spiders and other insects, somehow a lizard got in. While it's great they allow dogs, you could end up with one that barks ALL the time, 5am on weekend and 11pm on weeknights - and their security service takes over 20 min to respond. As a last resort and for anyone that's desperate - it works.
