I’ve enjoyed living at Annadel, especially over the past year or so with the newer management and maintenance team. Things have definitely improved, and you can tell they’re putting in the effort to make the community better.
Everyone’s been friendly and easy to work with, and the maintenance guys in particular have been great—quick, professional, and just really solid at what they do.
Overall, it feels like things are heading in a good direction here, and I’ve had a good experience.... Definitely appreciate the improvements that have been made.

I really wanted to like this place. But it’s so not what it’s made out to be. 1. There has been a HUGE turnover in staff. No one wants to stay to work here. 3 managers within the 10 months I’ve lived here. All of the maintenance staff have quit or been let go. Repairs take WEEKS to get done. And they’re sub par. I now have scratches on the walls from the repair team scraping them up while replacing a curtain rod & blinds. 2. Neither pool is heated. There is no saltwater pool and it is not a lap... pool either. Don’t be fooled by the website. False advertising. 3. Both jacuzzies / hot tubs are always filthy, under filled & not functional. The jets in both of them have not worked for years I am told and the heating elements seem to break every other day. They don’t ever get very hot. 4. There is no parking. There are 100 guest parking spots that are constantly taken up by current residents. They will charge you 5$ to park in an open spot at a location near you by using an app if you would like a spot that is not currently being used by a resident. 5. The “event room” is sub par. The pool table is trashed and they expect people to pay $500 to rent the room for a day… nope 6. You have to pay for trash collection, which is quite expensive, but then there are non-residents using our dumpsters that are frequently overflowing in the dumpster area… 7. Both fire pits & MOST grills are not functional. Haven’t been for the 10 months I was there. 8. The supposed community garden is constantly full, making it very difficult for residents to get their chance to use it. No proposed resolution for that.
Management as a whole keep sending emails saying they are working on things but give no concrete timelines. It’s very frustrating & this place is very expensive. Don’t be fooled by the rent deals. It adds up. The only amenity that works is the gym and that is self operational. Do not rent here. It is not worth it. All of these reviews are accurate. PS, to avoid cleaning fees I was warned by maintenance, you have to clean behind things like the stove, they use that as a scape goat to keep your deposit!

Overall and satisfied, I wish that the landscaping would be attended to. I lived here in 2016 and the place was impeccable. Now everywhere you look you see bare dirt in the landscaping instead of mulch.
