We’ve been living here for over two years now, and honestly it’s been such a great place to call home. From the start, the whole experience has been really positive. The community feels safe and peaceful, and the property is always kept clean and well taken care of. Any time we’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and get things handled without any hassle. The office staff is also super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. You can tell they actually care... about the residents.It’s hard to find a place where you feel comfortable long-term, but this has definitely been that for us. We’re really happy here and grateful to be part of the community!

Great apartment community!
I have been living in the Acacia apartments since November of 2025 and I am impressed with the level of service I have received. Management staff is kind, and very efficient and responsive to the needs of residents. They also care about building community by organizing fun events around holidays. Maintenance service promptly respond to service request. The complex has prime location with easy access to many amenities. I highly recommend living at Acacia on Santa Rosa Creek Apartments!

Perfect for Families
I have lived at Acacia for over a year and it has only gotten better. The new management is very kind and welcoming and they have done a lot to build a sense of community. The amenities are very nice and family friendly. The apartments are laid out very nicely with ample storage space. The high ceilings seem to make a huge difference when it comes to noise. It is a peaceful and safe community, and I love that they are pet friendly.
