I've been living here a year now. I can say that there are some reviews of the trash and dog poop, but honestly, that's completely on the residents. I see the maintenance team and the cleaners cleaning up the community/trash rooms/trash chutes. I see the ladies in the front always on the phone helping someone or helping a applicant/resident in the office. They organize the package room too because amazon cannot do their job. I love that when I walk into the office Jewel and Gabbby always welcome... me. Jewel toured me and helped me with the application process and move in, she made everything super easy and such a good person to talk to. Thank you to everyone in the community, we can honestly say that I can tell this is a great team here!

Love Living at ALta Merita!
