Resident at Alta Merita
We have been here for 6 months and enjoy the wonderful atmostphere, wonderful people and wonderful staff. When we had problems with washer machine but once we asked for a repair, the staff came very quickly! Also, we enjoy the pool ,spa and gym. Its very cozy, warm and comfortable. It makes us feel very at home. When we come across Jewel and the staff, they're always smiling and very friendly making this a wonderful home!

Excellent Service
I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a warm attitude.

My New Home
I went and visited Alta Merita a few months ago, and Chris was the one to help me out. She was so great and personable! She made me feel right at home. The rest of the team was so helpful as well and I applied right on the spot! I have since moved in and love it here, the building is well taken care of and the team is always ready to help. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment that feels like home, move here! You wont regret it!
