Under staff and things do not get done ASAP! I feel like my 8 plus years here, I still get blown off and not treated repectfully. This makes my decision to move much easier. I am a grade AAAA renter, loseing me is a BIG LOSS , trust me.

At times during this hot weather the kids play outside as a teacher I love to see diversity one new tennant the 2 year old does not speak english but play is universal. At times i pass out books so they can sit in shade and read, But the love these youngsters have for each other is real. Also hearing mom and dad say stay right here ok it truly becomes a true community Pomona has a home Siennas.

Work order took log to fix. I had to call to find out the status of it to fix the leak from the kitchen sink. Still took 2 more weeks to some how fix it.

Not the best
This place is decent if you’re okay with limited parking and little to no security. The units themselves are nothing special and the property is mostly clean. At night there are homeless people coming in and out of the property and people jumping over the gates. If you live on the side by the leasing office you can forget about getting any parking after 8 pm. My car was also hit or scratched multiple times while parked inside. Night time patrol mostly stays in one spot or in his car. Kids are... often playing on e bikes or e scooters up and down the parking lot and have almost been hit on more than one occasion.
