Theo management has been great in communication and their quick responses.
There were only a few times when emergency water shut-offs had to happen at the last minute, and there was not enough time to arrange for alternatives for residents when working from home without the water.
The building is clean and residents are friendly.

Theo has been a true paradise for me. It feels like a vacation but yet it feels warm like home. I am so happy here and I feel even more grateful that after losing my home in the Altadena fires, I get to live somewhere that feels healing for me.
