A gym, pool, grills, dog walking area, and pool house. All free to use for tenants unless you book the whole venue for a private party. Let alone the complex being pet friendly and having a dog walking area. The place also has trash pick-up and bike storage. 24/7 security, and a urgent care/orthadonist next door. Any repairs are dealt with either same day or same week. The walls are soundproof so for those who are nocturnal, no need to walk on eggshells when entertaining inside your unit or from... coming home. You also can't hear the upstairs neighbers so big bonus if you live downstairs. Having an inunit washer/dryer, stainless steel apliances, and a private porch is also such a bonus. Its a dream come true for many new and reoccuring renters. You can also earn credit jusy by paying rent, so it helps young folks prepair for the future. Honestly its just a huge convinience each and every time.

Overall, I enjoy living at Luxe Pasadena, but I believe there are areas that need improvement. Our community would greatly benefit from better maintenance and care, more effective leasing office communication, and enhanced responsiveness.
