They made the process very smooth, as we have not lived in an apartment in 50-plus years. The rooms had been freshly painted, had new floors and a carpeted bedroom. The process of moving after the fire in Altadena was made easy, tireless, and very smooth. Thank you for informing us and making our transition as painless as possible.

We moved into City Place after our home and entire town burned down in Altadena. We were so broken but we were welcomed here by the most loving and caring staff it’s hard to even express. They hugged us and cried with us and provided the most perfect soft place to land. We feel beyond blessed to be living here. Besides the wonderful staff here we feel like we are living in a vacation resort. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor area is so beautiful and kept so clean all the time. The gym is amazing and... we have gotten ourselves into a healthy routine of using it regularly. The entire complex is impeccably clean and maintained non-stop. We tell everyone how lucky and blessed we feel to be here after going through such a devastating loss. We love it here so much!
