I thought this location was beautiful before I moved in but boy was I wrong the people here are noisy, and nasty no one cleans up after their pets, the walls to the unit or thin you can here everything, there is always trash everywhere. The gates to parking structures been open for weeks anyone can enter the location and steal your vehicle, and some tenants have roaches, the fees for these apartments are overrated considering all the unnecessary stuff that comes with it and not worth it if the... condition was different then the amount would be worth it.

My apartment is absolutely gorgeous! Upon moving in, I could see that the unit was well taken care of. It was very clean with new carpet, new appliances, and my favorite feature the central air/heat unit.
