Pretty chill place to live. They do need someone to hold them accountable for their maintenance of the properties. Wen asking for pest control I was informed that there were too many people on the list.

To be frank, I have recommended the location when under prior ownership but, due to the problems with the in place since your arrival maintenance supervisor, I have not wanted to subject others to his flagrant disrespect and lack of organization (of the qualified team carrying out the maintenance requests). I reiterate that the team is great, but the maintenance supervisor is ruining your reputation.

They need to do their job to maintain the apartment quality and satisfaction of the tenant, not only raise the rent bill but there's no improvement.
