Our experience living here for over a year has been mixed. The unit itself is decent, and the rent is reasonably priced. However, the previous management was largely unresponsive. I reported smoking coming from a neighboring balcony, but no action was taken. This raised concerns about how consistently lease agreements are enforced, particularly in improving the living conditions of current tenants.

Cleanliness within the community could also be improved. While the carpets have seen some...
improvement under the new management, the stairways still need regular cleaning. These issues are tolerable, but they would not prevent me from moving elsewhere if a better option became available.
