Quiet and beautiful and Chloe is the best!! My favorite is hanging out on my deck and watching the stars at night or having my coffee in the morning. The pool is clean and gorgeous! The groundskeeper keeps the plants and trees and walkways spotless.

I’ve lived here for over 10 years. I lived through the remodel 10 years ago; which was hellish, but I persevered. Landscape maintenance is far too often, so my car is always covered in dust. The garbage and recycling areas are hardly well maintained. I wish if any upgrades to the property were to be made would be AC, since the buildings ldongs are designed as such to actually make it totally possible!!! Give us AC already!

A couple of things were broken/ unhooked when we moved in. Other than that the unit is nice. The kitchen looks to be freshly renovated. Community is quiet and friendly so far.
