Being here at Bayside Apartments has been amazing but only thing is not having a kids park. Best thing would be if they remove the dog park and make it for kids to be able to play and have fun but besides that we’ve had great experience and maintenance Alejandra has been very helpful when we need it. Very good customer service.

We have lived here for 3years now and don’t have any complaints aside of the neighbors above us who I believe are not aware they have neighbors below. Maybe updating the flooring will help with the loud stomping noises. Also my personal opinion is to maybe get rid of the dog park and make it a nice kid park

The area is nice and people are nice but wish appliances were more up to date in units where we have lived long time and wish laundry facilities were kept more clean and working

Been living here for 3 years peacefull area and staff are wonderful safe for family and pet friendly great neighborhood totally recommend and with new management the place looks a lot better I couldn’t imagine myself or my family living anywhere else
