So far, I’ve had a very great experience living here me and my children are really enjoying it. Although this is still something to get used to, since this is our very first apartment we move into everyone has been super nice from our neighbors to the amazing staff.

Great area but much needed update to their garbage situation
I lived here for about 2 and a half years and this apartment was fine. Had some bug issues for the first couple months but the situation was handled by the maintenance team and never occurred again.
That being said, the garbages are ALWAYS filled to the max and trash gets piled up and even gets thrown outside the area, leading into the parking lot and surrounding parking spots. With the bug issues and stray cats, this leads to lots of trash everywhere and the smell travels. They definitely... need either another trash bin or multiple more pickups a week.

Bayside is absolutely wonderful, they made us feel incredibly welcome and right at home. The staff was very nice and the overall atmosphere was excellent. I have live at Bayside for 10 plus years now , very safe peaceful area to live and raise your kids . Bayside team members are efficient and friendly. ELIZABETH is the go too lady to ask for. She response to all my questions and concerns immediately No hold time , she’s kind, smart and most of all professional.

Being here at Bayside Apartments has been amazing but only thing is not having a kids park. Best thing would be if they remove the dog park and make it for kids to be able to play and have fun but besides that we’ve had great experience and maintenance Alejandra has been very helpful when we need it. Very good customer service.
