I’ve been living at fayette for 3 years and have loved everything. The management team is friendly and always does there best to accommodate my requests. The community is always well maintained and the pool is so nice in the hot summers.

Resident of 15 months and have had minimal concerns with my apartment that have been addressed promptly by onsite managers -left my key at work, and the maintenance man- strip of vertical blind fell. Property is well maintained by a good, hard-working crew who are polite and approachable. Apartments are large and roomy with balconies the length of your entire apartments. It has always been very quiet and my work hours allows me to be unaffected by the noise of the apartment construction next... door (which is unavoidable as with all the other construction in the Silicon Valley). I absolutely love my apartment and location and hope I do not have to leave.

We have heard from many other residents that the construction noise has been minimal after... work hours as well. The "Fayette arms apartments" has greedy management. When your first year contract has finished they start to increase rent every 6 months. Even though right next to our building has started new construction(that leads a lot of noises and unceasing dust) they don't even want to stop to increase rent. Also utilities are huge. A tenant can't control them because management separates all utilities evenly between tenants. My family and I have been lived there from 2013 to 2016, they doesn't care... about old tenants, they constantly looking for new ones.

This is something we are currently working to address and we think you will be pleased with the new shops and parks this space will offer. That said, we are sincerely sorry you had to... experience that and we would like to make it up to you. If you can come by our leasing office, we'd love to apologize in person and do what we can to make it up to you.
Since your family moved in on August of 2013, we have made several large improvements to our property. And, although it is never pleasant to increase rents, it is necessary to maintain and improve our community. Utilities are based on the number of people who live in an apartment. In your case, the utilities may be higher based on the 6 people who reside in your apartment. We use a basic formula to calculate usage per person and would be happy to share it with you.
We value all of our residents, no matter how long they have lived here and our goal is to provide a great environment for everyone. Our door is always open if you'd like to come in and discuss your specific situation. We thank you for being a long time tenant and hope you will continue to reside at Fayette Arms.
