This is a very expensive place to live. They increase rent every year. No consideration given to tenants. Find another place if you can. Not recommended.

Lived here for one year. The community, location and management everything was awesome. Particularly Faith and Maria was great help always. We enjoyed our stay at Pebble Creek.

The rent is very reasonable for the amenities that are provided. The community itself is very quiet at most times of the day. It is very close to a fire station, but sirens cant really be heard. Kitchen has electric stove, lots of cabinet space, dishwasher.The apartment has a balcony view of the pool, which is lovely to wake up to in the morning. Brand new washer and dryer units, stacked. Also comes with 1 covered parking spot but plenty of street parking is available as well.

Amazing... management. If there are problems that arise with anything, Faith and Maria, the property managers, are on site 7 days a week. They're friendly, approachable, and prompt!

GYM: 2 tredmills, stationary bikes, yoga mats, dumbbells, weighted balls, 2 resistance bands, one of those multi-use adjustable machines, amole room, large mirror,fans, TV, wifi, and a water cooler. Right next to the pool.

It has been an absolute joy living here for the past 6 months, and I do believe we will continue renting here until we buy our first home.
