This building and the surrounding area feels very safe. I have walked down the street at night multiple times without any worry. The community feels vibrant toward the Lankershim and Magnolia area. It has been a real relief moving to this area

If I could rate The Weddington 0 stars I would. Do not move here under any circumstances unless you like dealing terrible, terrible rumbling bass noise from the adjacent dance studio. The building management doesn't care and will not do anything to stop it. The police doesn't care, and will not do anything to stop it. The city doesn't care, and will not do anything to stop it. Save yourself, do not move to The Weddington.

The dance studio referenced is a separate neighboring business and is not owned or operated by our community. That said, we take resident concerns... seriously and, when issues are reported, we communicate with the appropriate parties and explore all reasonable measures within our control.

Promises a lot and under delivers, Management changes several times and just changes how bills are paid. Went from being able to split between roommates individually paying to now only one person can pay the whole total. They provide no monetary relief when they have issues lasting several days. Water, Parking gate broken. No bike storage for customers in building 11120, they want you to store it across the street in a storage room that people frequent for packages.
The weddington is nice 6... .5/10 overall but overtime the lack of care and fake care from the office staff gets old. They make it feel like you are a bad person for complaining about basic things you have paid for.

We understand that the change in how payments are processed has been an... adjustment, especially for households who were previously able to split payments individually. While system and policy updates sometimes require us to modify procedures, we recognize that these changes can be inconvenient and we appreciate your patience during transitions like this.
We also want to acknowledge your concerns regarding water interruptions, the parking gate, and bike storage. When service issues arise, our team works as quickly as possible with vendors and technicians to resolve them, but we understand that even short disruptions can be frustrating. Your comfort and daily routine matter to us.
It is especially concerning to hear that you felt dismissed when bringing up concerns. That is not the experience we aim to provide. We genuinely value resident feedback and never want anyone to feel discouraged from speaking up.
