Monte Vista apartments is the best! The complex, with about 142 units, has plenty of mature plants and trees all around it. It is easy walking distance from Monterey Blvd., where all the restaurants and shops are located. The units are quite spacious, with plenty of closet space, and there is very little noise. It is a quiet community. The property management team is patient and kind and always goes the extra mile to help me with my requests. I am very happy living at Monte Vista!

The Monte Vista apartments are peaceful and quiet. I love living just one block, which is easy walking distance, from the main street where all the shops and cafes are.
