my daughter and I absolutely love this place. surrounded by the beautiful trees and grass areas. the stunning water fixtures. to the diverse group of people that call monte vista home. we feel as if we get a piece of everything. Not to mention that downtown is only a skip and a jump away.

Monte Vista apartments is the best! The complex, with about 142 units, has plenty of mature plants and trees all around it. It is easy walking distance from Monterey Blvd., where all the restaurants and shops are located. The units are quite spacious, with plenty of closet space, and there is very little noise. It is a quiet community. The property management team is patient and kind and always goes the extra mile to help me with my requests. I am very happy living at Monte Vista!
