Other than the sometimes noise issue with the doors, the soiled/spotted walkway carpet and urine smell in the stairway. All is good.

I am pro team MODA. From the staff, maintenance crew, to the cleanliness of the community areas.
I am very satisfied with our apartment, the layout, the built-ins, even the outside space. Again, my only concern is package delivery, of which I am sure management is working hard to resolve.
