I am pro team MODA. From the staff, maintenance crew, to the cleanliness of the community areas. I am very satisfied with our apartment, the layout, the built-ins, even the outside space. Again, my only concern is package delivery, of which I am sure management is working hard to resolve.

My overall experience at MODA APARTMENTS has overall been an excellent experience, Our neighbors are very friendly, we have never had any problems.The A line stop is outside the back door, summer concerts at Station park are always fun and so is the farmers market on Saturdays.
