As a new resident, everything went smoothly when I moved in.
I would also like to thank Jessica, the manager.
I am satisfied with the very quiet environment.
It is good that there are not many units, so it is easy to get from the parking lot to my unit.
The location of the trash can is also suitable.

I’ve loved living here. The staff are so kind and helpful, very quick to respond. It’s incredibly clean, my neighbors are nice, and I feel safe and comfortable. It’s close to downtown Monrovia which has all my favorite spots and easy access to good food in the area. Overall very happy with my experience here.
