Apartment surrounding is safe and we enjoy the amenities! Only thing to note is the constant vent noise we hear being across from city of hope's research lab unfortunately. We tend to refrain from opening our windows and balcony because of the noise

I have had a truly wonderful living experience at this apartment community. What truly stands out is the exceptional staff. The leasing office and maintenance teams are not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly professional and responsible.
On several occasions, I've had to submit maintenance requests, and each time the response was prompt and efficient. The issues were resolved thoroughly and in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate. Knowing that management listens and acts... quickly on resident feedback provides great peace of mind.
This commitment to service from the entire team has made my stay here comfortable and hassle-free. It’s a well-managed community where residents are clearly valued. I would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable place to call home.

Management here is horrible. Everyone drags their feet and is careless about issue that happen on property. We have lived here 8 months and are counting down the days til our contract is up.
