The quality of the cleaning and maintenance of the common areas has declined. There should be regular inspections of these areas to ensure cleanliness and sanitation is maintained.

Please know that our maintenance and janitorial teams... follow a regular schedule for cleaning and servicing all common areas, and we also conduct routine inspections to ensure these standards are being met. That said, we’re always open to feedback and are happy to revisit our current protocols to ensure no areas are being overlooked.
