I’ve been living here for a few weeks, and so far, everything feels too good to be true. The staff, management, and leasing office, especially Julie, have been incredibly friendly and responsive, making my move-in experience seamless. My unit is in excellent condition with no functional issues. Although the neighborhood is bustling, the thick windows do a great job blocking outside noise. Parking feels very secure with a separate inner gate for residents. Plus, there are nice surprises like... package delivery straight to the front door. At this point, I can definitely see myself staying here for the foreseeable future.

We moved to the building so I could finish my last two years of law school at Southwestern. Prior to this, we lived in a house that had lots of little maintenance issues and our landlord did not prioritize them. Having on-site management, security, and maintenance are major advantages to living in the building for us, because we have a toddler and we are very busy. We don't have time to unclog drains or fix broken down dishwashers or laundry, so we love that Joe is really on top of it. The... guards are friendly and helpful as well, and it's useful to have secure mail because we get lots of packages from Abuela.
