Disappointed
I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience. I had been in communication via email about a unit I was genuinely excited to see. I’m a real estate agent myself, so I understand how busy leasing agents can be — but professionalism and basic courtesy should always come first.
I happened to be in the area and decided to stop by the building to take a quick look. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful — welcoming, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately,... the leasing agent (Kate, I believe) treated me with unexpected rudeness. She had just finished a tour, and when I introduced myself and explained that we had been emailing, she abruptly cut me off with a very dismissive “I can’t take you, sorry,” in a tone that felt aggressive and irritated.
There were many ways to politely explain she couldn’t show the unit at that moment — but her approach was unnecessarily harsh. As someone who works in this industry, I’ve never felt so disrespected during a showing.
The experience left such a bad impression that I’ve decided not to move forward with the unit, and I will not be recommending this building to any of my clients going forward — despite previously considering it for several of them.
This could have been a great opportunity for both sides, but unfortunately, poor attitude and lack of professionalism cost them a potential tenant and multiple future referrals.

I have lived at Ten310 for a couple weeks now since they opened and the team has gone above and beyond for myself and my family. I can't say enough good things.
The amenities are beautiful and my home is spacious, yet cozy.

Love this New Luxury Community in Century City
I had the incredible experience of working with Simon, the amazing General Manager at Ten310, during my apartment search. He was unbelievably responsive—whether it was early mornings, late at night, or even on weekends, he made sure I had everything I needed. Since I am coming from the Bay Area, he went above and beyond by sending me detailed photos of the units I was considering at night the week after my first tour, which was so helpful because lighting and ambiance were really important to me... . As a brand-new building, this was the perfect time to tour because there were so many amazing options available, allowing me to pick the perfect unit that best fit my needs. I had specific concerns about how the unit felt at night, potential street noise, and the exact layout options, and Simon made sure I had every detail covered, he completely customized my apartment search experience.
Kate was also absolutely fantastic, working closely with my team to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. The level of service here is on another level—because there are fewer units than other luxury buildings, they really cater to each individual renter. Emily, the Lifestyle Manager, is doing an amazing job planning events like whiskey tastings, wine nights, and farmers market walks, which are going to make this a phenomenal place to live. The rooftop pool and skyline views are breathtaking, and I even saw a super fun yoga class happening there. So excited to see these lifestyle events hosted inclusive with the apartment.
The location is unbeatable—being steps from Westfield Century City means I can grab a quick bite and walk right back home. Plus, being new to LA, my commute to UCLA will be easy. The valet parking (which, like most apartments of this caliber, comes at an additional cost) was so convenient—I just tried it out, and as I walked out of the building, my car was already waiting for me. The Sentral app makes everything feel seamless, like living in a luxury concierge hotel.
But above all, the exceptional service and community vibe make this place truly special. If you’re looking for a safe, high-end, and welcoming place to live in LA—especially if you’re seeking a warm, tight-knit community that truly feels like home—this is it!

I just toured this building with Kate and I cannot wait to move in! The location cannot be more convenient- Century City Mall is across the street! I'm obsessed with their rooftop pool and hot tub. Can't wait to move in in March!
