Absolutely Love It Here!
I can’t say enough great things about Javier at Rae on Sunset. From day one, he has made me feel genuinely cared for as a resident. His patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond have truly set him apart. No matter what I’ve needed, big or small, he has always handled it with professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude.
It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in making residents feel comfortable and supported, and Javier does exactly that. I’m... incredibly grateful for all of his help and highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity!

The move in process was efficient and very smooth. Javier, Felipe, & Emmanuel at the leasing office have all been very helpful, patient, & professional since Day 1 when I first toured the building for the first time. I’ve already attended 1 community event in October and looking forward to the one this month in November!
