Opus LA is the place to be. New and refined construction with a subtle but clear flashiness to it. The resident experience is more than you could imagine, with amenities catering to all interests and a team that maintains the building like their own home. Every side of the building has a unique and thrilling view. Once you move in, you won't want to leave!

Although this is a non-smoking building, marijuana smoke is still coming into our unit through the ventilation system. Since it is coming through the vents, it seems difficult to determine exactly where the marijuana smoke is coming from.

I believe this is not an issue limited to our unit. A friend who lives on a different floor has experienced the same problem as well.

I would appreciate it if management could pay closer attention to this issue and take stronger measures to enforce the... building’s rules. It would be helpful to have stricter standards and enforcement for tenants who violate the building’s policies. Read More

After 20 years in our house in Echo Park, our family is LOVING our experience at OpusLA. Priscilla, Christopher and the entire staff here work very hard to make this apartment building feel like a home.

The building offers absolutely no soundproofing against noise from other floors. It was particularly noisy due to the large number of residents with dogs, and—perhaps because there were frequent parties—I could hear everything, which interfered with both my sleep and my work.
