While my experience at mResidences Olympic & Olive started positively, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I have experienced ongoing maintenance issues, including bathroom flooding, pest concerns, and possible mold, which have caused significant stress and impacted my quality of life. While I appreciate Anthony taking the time to discuss potential solutions, including a possible transfer to another community, I believe there is still considerable room for improvement in... communication, follow-through, and resident support. My hope is that these issues are addressed so future residents receive the level of service and living experience they expect.

No comment here. I have not had the best experience living in this property. While I enjoy the location and the amenities, the living experience in terms of being taken care of as a tenant has not been great. Poor-in fact!

I absolutely love my new apartment! The location is perfect — everything I need is just minutes away, from shopping and restaurants to major roads, which makes daily life so convenient.
The staff has been incredibly kind, professional, and responsive from day one. They truly make you feel welcome and valued as a resident. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and with a great attitude.
The amenities are amazing and really elevate the living experience. The facilities are clean, modern,... and well-maintained, making it feel like living in a resort.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and beautifully maintained place to call home!
