We moved in 3-4 days ago after having been in LA for a week after a nightmare of a previous place. Modera welcomed us from the beginning. Leticia was wonderful and from the moment we walked into the place it felt like home. She’s been so welcoming and has continued that through our entire move. She clearly cares about the residents and the space, she’s been very accommodating. The property is also extremely well maintained and they have great amenities. It hasn’t been long here but we already... love it so much.

I love living in this building! The amenities and the management office are amazing. One detail that I would enjoy is to have a steam room in the gym. Maybe it can be considered? Otherwise, the building is maintained very well! Great job Modera Hollywood!
