Axis apartment has been really great so far. I've been here for a year now and don't have any complaints. Everything is kept clean, the walls are very sound-proof (which is important to me), it's pet friendly, and the rooftop hot tub is a definite plus. Highly recommend!

Security here is great. There’s almost always someone at the front desk, and they solve problems quickly whenever you need help. Natalie is very helpful and friendly. She always makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Having such reliable security is one of the main reasons why I decided to continue living here next year as well. It really makes a difference in feeling comfortable and safe at home.

Apartment is located in one of the nicer and safer area in DTLA (South Park). Staff here are really kind, nice and do their jobs so the property is maintained well overall. One of my only complaints would be the noise level which is kind of unavoidable living in DTLA.
