1. Management & Staff - OUTSTANDING! The team is knowledgeable regarding the premises, informative, and always COURTEOUS!
2. Maintenance - GREAT TEAM! They are prompt and efficient - GREAT WORKMANSHIP!
3. Overall Impression: Good facility. I'm pleased to hear the good news on upcoming improvements. With effort and future investments, Axis has the potential to be among the "superior" places to live in DTLA!!!

We've been at access for over a year now and still loving the apartment, amenities, and staff. It is surprisingly very quiet for downtown which is very important to us. The soundproofing is very impressive and great because our cat can get scared of loud noises. Love it here! We intend on staying for as long as we live in LA.
