Blossom Plaza has been a wonderful place to live for the past eight and a half years. The staff is top notch. They are extremely attentive and always finding new ways to engage residents, which is a real joy.

The maintenance crew responds quickly to any issues and does their best to resolve them. We love having LA Historic Park right next door, where we can give our furry family member a place to run off all that extra energy.

The building looks as clean and fresh as the day we moved in. That... is thanks to a staff that does not let issues go unresolved and is always looking for new ways to improve the space for residents.

It is hard to find a reason not to love living at Blossom Plaza. That is why we have not left, and we have no plans to.

Great building, great units, great location, great staff. What stands out about Blossom Plaza is having LA State Historic Park, Chinatown, and the Metro stop all right around the corner. And for a price that is very competitive given how new the building is.
