Excellent Maintenance Service at The Grand Costa Mesa I was very happy with all the professional and friendly service done for the transfer apartment inspection on my unit, including Juan the supervisor, and Paco his assistant that day. Keep up the great work.

The Grand Costa Mesa Excels Again Maintenance is always easy at The Grand Costa Mesa at my apartment. They deal with it efficiently, effectively, professionally, courteously, and promptly. And the online request procedure is the best approach. Kristian is awesome as our all of their maintenance staff, and today replaced the entire insides of a toilet that didn’t shut off properly.
