My stay at Kurve has been really good so far, it is a very good property. However, sometimes the concierge downstairs can be quite unhelpful when it comes to packages.

If you enjoy being woken up before sunrise by the sound of drilling and hammering right under your apartment, this is your dream home. Construction here starts at 7:00 a.m. sharp — and on “special” days, as early as 5:40 a.m. Sleep? Forget it.
Amenities? Broken for over a year with zero repairs. Want to grill? The BBQs don’t work. Want to enjoy the lobby? Good luck — homeless people often wander in, sleep on the couches, and help themselves to the pillows.
Management is the cherry on top —... rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in helping. Their “solution” was to suggest I move into a more expensive unit… if I could “afford it.”
I’ve lived in many places, but this is hands down the worst. Can’t wait to get out. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away.
