5 Stars – A Great Start at Kinley Apartments!
We recently moved into Kinley Apartments in April 2025 and have truly enjoyed the smooth transition from homeownership to apartment living. From day one, the community has had a welcoming and vibrant vibe, and the amenities have exceeded our expectations.
A special shoutout to Glen from the property management team—his friendly and professional approach made us feel at home right away and helped seal the deal. Every work order we've submitted has... been handled promptly, with clear communication and respectful service when entering our unit.
This is a great find in a fantastic location, close to parks and everything we need.

I really enjoy living at Kinley West LA. One of my favorite things is the on-site gym—it's well-maintained and convenient, which makes it easy to stay consistent with my workouts. The management team is also a big plus; they’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any issues or questions I have. Another major perk is the location—it’s close to a lot of shopping areas, so running errands or grabbing something last minute is super easy.

Kinley West staff is professional, with excellent people skills, and are very polite. The Management team, are great communicators in informing the tenants of repairs for elevator break down, and driveway gate repairs in timely manner. The maintenance staffs are quick to respond to work request. I appreciate the Management team and the maintenance staff for their professionalism and efficiency with a smile.
