Amazing!
Mannie was wonderful. My air conditioner stopped working and it was so hot in my apartment. Mannie came at night and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

A place with a great community. All the staff are very nice and professional. They will take their time to help you with any problems. The building is always clean. Great place near really good restaurants within 5 mins walking distance.

Maintenance Review
My washing machine was leaking water and Manny came to fix the issue within a few hours! He completely replaced the washer and dryer and made sure everything was clean. Manny is great.

Great maintenance
The maintenance team here is quick and efficient! I put in an order and Manny was quick to help with the issue. The Garey management and maintenance team are very friendly and accommodating. Amenities are great, apartments are clean and modern and location is perfect in Arts District!
