I have had a great experience living here so far. The customer service is truly outstanding - anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, the staff has been responsive, professional, and genuinely kind.

I have had a few appliance / maintenance issues since I moved in, but they are quick at addressing the concerns. Repairs are taken care of promptly and efficiently (if possible without the need for outside vendors), which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. When repairs... require the assistance of outside vendors, they try to get it done asap. It's clear that management takes the residents' concerns seriously.

The entire team (the property manager, maintenance, and housekeeping) is friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the building.
