This building is falling apart. The whole space flooded not just one apartment but dozens Management was completely fired. Randomly one day without any notice or communication to the residents new management was installed without access to communications to previous management. we are living in a construction zone now without any concessions. This luxury building that costs thousands and is more expensive than the surrounding locations is now a construction zone with air quality, chemical... problems, slow maintenance and scrambling Management

I’ve had a very positive experience living at this community. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and quick to address any issues that come up, which has made day-to-day living here very convenient. The common areas and amenities are well-maintained, and I feel safe and comfortable on the property. Communication from management is clear and timely, and overall, I feel valued as a resident and happy to call this place home.

I’ve lived at Arq for about four years now, which I think speaks volumes. While it does come with a high price tag, I’ve had an overall great experience living here—especially given the amazing location and views. More recently, the resident experience with the staff has been top notch. The facilities are consistently kept very clean, and I love the community events that are held for residents. I hope to continue living here for the foreseeable future!

I love living at ARQ, the location is perfect when you work in DTLA or regularly need to be at LAX. The neighborhood is evolving and has beautiful restaurants and bars, several supermarkets and most importantly is safe. The buildings amenities are like a luxury hotel. Private, quiet and a luxurious environment.
