Initially, we loved everything about this building, an any small inconveniences were outweighed by how great the staff was and how safe the building felt. Sadly, after an ill advised change in management, many of the things that made this building special have fallen by the wayside.

Horrible management and communication
It has been terrible living here these past couple months. A pipe burst caused a ton of damage and we were forced to relocate. It’s been two months and there is still a lot of damage in the building, which is making it really hard to live here. We were told we would be getting a month of free rent because of the situation, but now they’re going back on their word. It’s been frustrating, stressful, and disappointing dealing with all of this.

Stressful Situation Made Worse by Management
I had a really awful experience living here. A pipe burst caused major damage and forced many tenants to move out temporarily. Management told us we’d be getting a free month of rent but then went back on that and said we are rent responsible.
It honestly feels really unfair and misleading. We couldn’t even live in our apartment, and now we’re expected to pay like nothing happened? The communication has been all over the place, and it’s clear they’re not standing by what they told us.
We're really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating and unsettling that situation must have been. A disruption like that is never easy, especially when it impacts your ability to comfortably... live in your home.
We do want to clarify that any concessions or rent adjustments related to the incident were determined based on the specific impact to each apartment. Residents who were displaced from their homes were provided with rent abatement during the time they were unable to occupy their units. For residents who were not displaced, concessions were handled differently.
We also understand your concerns regarding communication. During a situation of this scale, there was a lot of information being shared in real time, and we recognize that it may not have always felt clear or consistent. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we are sorry for any confusion that may have caused.

This building is falling apart. The whole space flooded not just one apartment but dozens Management was completely fired. Randomly one day without any notice or communication to the residents new management was installed without access to communications to previous management. we are living in a construction zone now without any concessions. This luxury building that costs thousands and is more expensive than the surrounding locations is now a construction zone with air quality, chemical... problems, slow maintenance and scrambling Management

The water incident did impact multiple homes, and I want to acknowledge that it’s been a... difficult situation for many residents. Our priority since then has been restoring the building as quickly and safely as possible. That work does require ongoing construction activity, and I understand how disruptive that can feel day to day.
Regarding the management transition, We understand how the change may have felt abrupt. We've stepped in to ensure there is consistent communication and support moving forward, and our goal is to be accessible and transparent as we work through this.
In terms of air quality and safety, we are working with licensed vendors and following required protocols to ensure the building remains safe during repairs. If you’re experiencing a specific concern in your home, we'd like to have our team take a closer look right away.
