AMP lofts is the first larger apartment building I have lived in. The amenities and service have made my first month a very enjoyable experience. I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Maggie and the team have been so helpful and made me feel right at home. You can tell that AMP cares about creating the best living experience... for their residents and catering to artists and creatives.

Been here for a year now & AMPLOFT has been a wonderful place to live. The community is respectful & positive. The building is always kept clean smelling good by the team. Issues are always taken care with hrs. The gym is great place to be & workout & if you'll like to swim after the pool is only afew steps away. I will definitely renew my lease for sure.
