Volta on Pine is an apartment complex like every other apartment complex. Until people choose to cooperate with one another and be more courteous then we will continue to have the same experiences as any other complex

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your honest perspective. You are absolutely right that what truly shapes any community is the way we treat and respect one another. While we work hard to provide a comfortable, well maintained, and welcoming environment,... the experience goes beyond walls and amenities. It is about cooperation, courtesy, and neighbors looking out for neighbors.
Our goal at Volta on Pine is to foster that kind of community every single day. We will continue to encourage open communication, mutual respect, and accountability so that this feels like more than just another apartment complex, but a place people are proud to call home.
We appreciate you taking the time to reflect on something so important. If there is ever anything we can do to improve your personal experience or support a stronger sense of community, please know our door is always open.
Kindest,
Volta on Pine Management Team.

My experience at Volta has been so positive. From the second I met the Leasing Staff and the Property Manager, I felt comfortable. They care about their tenants, and they treat everyone with consideration and a desire to meet their needs. The maintenance crew has been exceptional, and they've been attentive to any issue that has arisen, even showing up after hours in the middle of a torrential downpour once to help with a repair! I love my apartment, the facilities, and my neighbors. We are a... diverse building with people from all cultures, and I've met so many cool people here. This is the first time I've lived in an urban setting and in a larger apartment building, and I'm so happy I landed at Volta. People are real here, and it's a pleasure to live in this community.

I would not recommend living here.
From the application process to now, just three weeks after moving in, every single day has been a struggle. The main issue is property management. Communication with the leasing office is terrible, no one is on the same page, and there is a complete lack of organization and accountability.
When I toured the building, I was greeted by a friendly leasing agent and everything looked great. The amenities, pool, and exterior are beautiful, and the apartments... appear updated. That is where the positives end.
During the tour, I was shown a specific unit with a specific floor plan. I was told the actual unit I would be renting wasn’t available to view, but that it was the same layout on a different floor. I applied based on that information.
On move-in day, I was given a completely different apartment with a completely different floor plan. Nothing fit. I went to the leasing office and was told I would need to do a unit transfer. Within my first week of living here, I had to hire movers again to move all of my belongings from one floor to another. None of this was refunded and it was entirely out of pocket.
Since then, it has been constant miscommunication. One person says one thing, another says something completely different. No one takes notes, no one tracks ongoing issues, and every conversation feels like starting from scratch. I’ve spoken with at least six different staff members, and nothing ever seems fully resolved.
To make matters worse, one of the elevators has been broken for months, trash is frequently left around the parking lot, packages are stolen from the mail room and basic property management standards are not being met. I received threats of eviction notices, voicemails and phone calls even though I was told to wait for my refund. It is almost mid January and my problem still has not been resolved. I will follow up again today to see the update on my account.
Overall, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the experience and the level of customer service. I am in the leasing office far more than I should be for a brand-new lease. I would not recommend living here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and stress you’ve encountered since moving in. What you described is not the experience we want any resident to have, especially during what... should be an exciting transition into a new home.
You are absolutely right to expect clear communication, consistency, and accountability throughout the leasing and move-in process. We regret the confusion surrounding the unit and floor plan, as well as the inconvenience and added expense you experienced as a result. That should not have happened, and we understand how disruptive and disappointing that must have been.
We also acknowledge your concerns regarding ongoing communication, unresolved issues, elevator outages, cleanliness, package security, and the conflicting information you received. These are valid concerns, and we take them seriously. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to improve, and we are actively working to address them internally.
Most importantly, we want to ensure your account concerns are resolved correctly and promptly. We would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly to review everything thoroughly, provide clarity, and work toward a resolution. Please reach out to the leasing office and ask to speak with the Property Manager, or contact us directly so we can address this with the attention it deserves.
Thank you again for your honesty. We regret that your experience has been so challenging and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can do better.
Sincerely,
Volta on Pine Management Team

The window blinds fell off the wall one night so the next morning we submitted a work order. By the next day someone was here to fix them. It only took the repair guy like an hour and we were able to move on with our day. Both my girlfriend and I were very happy with the service.
