Everything has been excellent. I love living here. I just gave it one less star because the mail room is always full and not organized enough to be efficient. Also this is not the apartments fault but I’d like to note that deliveries are very often delivered to the incorrect building. I have not received a total of 15 deliveries because it’s been delivered to the incorrect address. I do not believe utilizing a delivery service for groceries is accessible because of this because I never get my... groceries. Although this is not the fault of the apartments, it is a result of living in these apartments so I think it’s something to note.

Living at The Current for almost 3 years has been an absolutely fantastic experience! The leasing and maintenance teams truly excel at what they do. I especially appreciate their attention to detail on weekends. While trash typically piles up at other apartment complexes when staff is off, The Current keeps everything spotless year-round. Because of this top-notch management and the great neighbors, I am happily renewing my lease. I can't wait for another amazing year by the pool!

My son, Charlie and I have lived at The Current since February 2025. And although it has not been long, the experience has been amazing.
Dennise, Raelle, and the entire team: Maintenance, Security (Jose) and even the cleaning team have been top tier. The location, space, and amenities are great as well. The gym is good size and has all the equipment for a solid workout.- the only comment would be to add TVs in the line of sight of the bikes, treads and stair masters.
The events that the... management team coordinates and/or hosts are creative and fun.
Maintenance is very responsive with work orders completed within a few days - unless an emergency.
The lobby is ALWAYS clean and presented well for guests.
We renewed our lease in March and hope to stay for a few more years.
