An Amazing Long Beach Oasis!
I recently moved into 200 W Ocean from DTLA and I am overwhelmed with gratitude to the entire team! From the moment I had my initial tour, to Alexandra patiently holding my hand through my endless amount of follow up questions, to the most seamless move in process, and finally, the Community Manager, Phillip, hand delivering a welcome home gift to my door — I AM SO HAPPY to be here!
This community is stunning! I love my natural sunlight and the kitchen appliance package is top-tier. I have a... dog, and he has had the best time getting to know the community and walking around the numerous parks that are near by.
I leased one of the bi-level lofts and it is so spacious. The finishes are minimalistic yet modern, the common areas are spotless, the pool is heated and there WiFi in all of the common areas. I could go on and on, but trust me, you want to live here!
