Apartments are super spacious so if you are looking for sq ft then this is the place and for the price it is very reasonable. Next to the airport but cannot hear anything when windows are closed. With windows open you can hear at times but nothing major and they stop flights from 10PM to 7AM. Close to freeways and everything is nearby but yet its a very quiet and nice part of town.
Leasing managers are what makes this place so much better. Never have had an issue with anything. If I asked for... something to be checked out or fixed, they would take care of the rest and follow up. Truly makes this place such a great place to live at!

Love The Carlyle!
I’ve had great experience living at Carlyle Apartments after moving in just a few months ago. The apartments are beautiful, unique, and well maintained! Despite being so close to the airport you can barely hear planes taking off and landing.
Jen, Danielle, and Amy in the leasing office are the best. They are personable, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve handled it quickly and with a positive attitude.
Anthony on the... maintenance team also deserves special recognition. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Whenever I’ve submitted a request, he’s addressed it quickly and made sure everything was fully resolved before leaving.
Highly recommend Carlyle Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, supportive community!
