Calypso is a peaceful and clean place to live. We have been very happy living here and would like to do so for some time to come.

Great apartment size and layout. However, some fixtures are pretty old and may not function well, such as windows.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Irvine company may be a nightmare to deal with but at least they have their buildings up to a certain standard, the Irvine standard if you may, don’t expect that here at calypso. It’s sad to see it go from luxury apartments and lofts back in 2009-2014 to what it is now, not looking great. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Been here since 2016! Not the same with Greystar took over. We are just a number not a resident! Is all corporate feel now.
