From the very first tour, we completely fell in love with Aurum. The moment you walk through the community, you can immediately feel the luxury, attention to detail, and resort-style atmosphere that makes this place so special. The apartment finishes are absolutely stunning, and the spacious floor plans are thoughtfully designed in a way that truly just makes sense for everyday living.

One of the things that has impressed us most is the people. Every single person we’ve interacted with, from... the leasing office team to maintenance and the cleaning staff, has been incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. After having difficult experiences with other apartment communities in the past, living at Aurum has genuinely been such a breath of fresh air.

The amenities are truly unmatched and were a huge part of what captured us in the first place. We especially love the rooftop deck with the seating areas, barbecue spaces, and beautiful pool; it honestly feels like being at a luxury resort. The club rooms and fitness center are equally amazing, and everything throughout the community is always spotless, peaceful, and impeccably maintained.

My experience was seamless from the initial visit through move-in. Lilly, my leasing representative, was incredibly friendly and went the extra mile—showing me multiple units over several days to ensure I found the perfect fit. Joshua then stepped in to finalize the lease and assist with move-in. Tammy was also fantastic. The entire Aurum team is a superstar group that made my experience "10 out of 10.”

We just toured this brand new apartment complex and wow, it completely blew us away. From the moment we walked in, everything felt next level.
