The DeMilo is a charming, modern, and up-to-date establishment, great for anyone looking for a fresh start!

It's got all the bells & whistles a comfortable & safe home would have, and surprises you w/ a handful of community spaces you'd enjoy - this includes community lounges (there are a few, including a rooftop lounge!), a gym, and businesses/retailers that are walking distance from the property (there's a Target too, what?!).

It is located right in the heart of downtown, Inglewood. Right...
off the 405... just a few minutes away from SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, and YouTube Theatre. If you were hoping to live close to west LA, this place is perfect.

Last, but certainly not least, a shout-out goes out to the staff at The DeMilo. This great group of individuals, between the leasing office and the maintenance/service teams, tie everything together and really make The DeMilo a great place to live. They put a lot of care and thought into our daily lives by keeping us informed, always lending a hand, taking moments in their busy day to answer questions or concerns, or just by saying hello when we run into each other.

I'm happy.
