Hollywood Park is a nice place to live. Most of the people that I have come into contact with are very nice and friendly. I feel that the parking situation is not very good. If you have two vehicles you should have parking space available next to one another. I feel that there should be more handicap spaces available.

Hollywood Park is a wonderful place to live. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now I live in the community that the management team has built. I love the amenities. Your pool is like a Vegas style pool. The gym is top-notch and I absolutely love living by all the entertainment we go to Charger and Rams games all the time.

Maintenance request are handle quickly and professionally. Office staff is friendly, responsive and respectful. Common areas are clean and well maintained. Safety, parking and noise concerns, are addressed promptly.

Living here is great! I can walk to Syfi Stadium and the Intuit Dome. Therefore, I have season tickets to the Rams, Chargers, and Clippers. I am offerred free tickets or reduced tickets to games and different events at both Syfi Stadium and the Intuit dome all the time as well as to plays at the CineVita and to events at Cosmos. There is a different food truck outside our building every Wednesday night and a sandwich truck every Saturday morning as well as a Farmers Market in our parking lot... every Saturday. At least once a month the leasing office sponsors different free eating events depending on the coming holiday!
