Altana is great place for living. It’s very quiet here for my family. Walls are well insulated. Very peaceful here. Location is also important for me. You have local access to many restaurants and retail stores.

$132k Salary a year don’t qualify???!!!

I called and asked about 1 bedroom. Rep said they didn’t have any have available. I asked about pricing and was told depends on my income. She said she has a studio available and put me on hold. I make $132k a year salary plus bonus which last year came out to $260k in total earnings. I think that’s respectable… The rep came back and told me I didn’t qualify. I also have over 750 credit score.. Doesn’t make any sense. Poor service and if my credit score and earnings declared over the... phone don’t qualify??? Ridiculous
